The Billing Report provides comprehensive insights into your offer's conversion performance and profitability. This detailed reporting tool helps you understand billing performance, conversion rates, and revenue analysis across multiple business dimensions including campaigns, affiliates, sub-affiliates, products, and daily breakdowns.
Step 1: Access the Billing Report
Click Go to E-commerce.
Go to Reports.
Select Billing from the Reports dropdown menu.
Step 2: Configure Report Filters
Select the Campaign(s) that you need for your report from the dropdown menu.
Choose your desired Date Range using the date picker controls.
Configure the New Customer Revenue Report toggle to control how revenue is reported.
Click Search to generate the report with your selected criteria.
Step 3: Review Results and Charts
The Billing charts show the Sale Trends and Approval Trends.
The Overall Activity chart shows a pie chart of Sale Trends vs. Approval Trends.
The Sale Trends graph shows the number of daily buyers within the date range selected.
The Approval Trends graph shows the number of approved recurring transactions within the date range selected.
Step 4: View Results by Different Perspectives
Campaign Tab: View results grouped by campaigns to analyze billing performance by individual marketing campaigns.
Affiliate Tab: Analyze billing performance by affiliate partners to understand which affiliates drive better conversions.
Sub Affiliate Tab: Review billing performance by sub-affiliate activity for detailed partner analysis.
Product Tab: Evaluate billing performance by individual products to identify which items have better conversion rates.
Date Tab: View billing performance by daily breakdown to identify trends and patterns over time.
Processor Tab: Analyze billing performance by payment gateway to optimize processing efficiency.
Step 5: Understanding the Billing Details Section
Review comprehensive metrics including Initial Sales, Active Subscriptions, and Recurring Performance.
Analyze Recurring Attempts, Approvals, Declines, and Refunds for each category.
View Dispute information and Income Per Customer metrics.
Click the hyperlinked numbers to access detailed transaction data.
Step 6: Access Detailed Transaction Data
Click the hyperlinked numbers in the Billing details section.
A detailed view will appear showing all transactions that make up that metric.
Review comprehensive transaction information including customer details, billing addresses, and processing results.
All data can be exported via a CSV file for external analysis and reporting.
Understanding Report Metrics
The Billing Report provides detailed metrics to help you understand your billing performance:
Initial Sale: The number of new customer signups within the selected date range.
Active Subscriptions: The number of active subscriptions that have at least 1 active recurring/subscription charge on their account.
Recurring Attempts: The number of recurring rebills that were attempted to charge.
Recurring Approved: The number of recurring rebills that were approved from the number of recurrings that were attempted.
Recurring Declined: The number of recurring rebills that were declined from the number of recurrings that were attempted.
Recurring Refunds: The number of recurring rebills that were refunded.
Disputes: The number of customers who have initiated a chargeback.
AOV: Average Order Value — the average income generated per customer.
