The Recurring Report provides a cycle-by-cycle breakdown of your customers and charges throughout the life of your campaign. This comprehensive reporting tool offers detailed insights into recurring billing performance, customer retention, and revenue patterns across multiple billing cycles through different viewing perspectives.
Step 1: Access the Recurring Report
Click Go to E-commerce.
Go to Reports.
Select Recurring from the Reports dropdown menu.
Step 2: Configure Report Filters
Select the Campaign(s) that you want to query from the dropdown menu.
Choose your desired Date Range using the date picker controls.
Click Search to generate the report with your selected criteria.
Step 3: View Results by Different Perspectives
Campaign Tab: View results grouped by campaigns to analyze recurring billing performance by individual marketing campaigns.
Affiliate Tab: Analyze recurring performance by affiliate partners to understand which affiliates drive customers with better long-term retention.
Product Tab: Review recurring billing performance by individual products to identify which items have better subscription success rates.
Step 4: Review Results Table
The Recurring Details table displays the number of re-bill approvals and the revenue for each billing cycle. The table shows up to 9 billing cycles, with two columns per cycle: Cycle N (number of approved re-bills for that cycle) and Revenue N (total revenue generated from that cycle). Click any row to drill into individual transaction details.
Step 5: Analyze Cycle-by-Cycle Breakdown
Click the hyperlinked Campaign ID (or Affiliate ID/Product ID depending on the active tab) in the ID column of the results table.
An additional table will appear providing a detailed look at your campaign's charges.
Review the detailed transaction information for that specific campaign, affiliate, or product and cycle.
Navigate back to the main report to analyze other campaigns, affiliates, or products.
