Navigate to Administration > Blacklist System, click New, select Email as the type and enter the email address and save.
How to Block a Customer by Email
Go to Administration > Blacklist System.
Click the New button to create a new blacklist entry.
Choose Email as the blacklist type from the dropdown.
Input the complete email address you want to block.
Click Save to add the email to the blacklist.
