How can I block an IP address from ordering from my campaign?

Navigate to Administration > Blacklist System, click New, select IP Address as the type and enter the IP address and save.

How to Block an IP Address

  1. Click Go to E-commerce.

  2. Go to Administration > Blacklist System.

  3. Click New to open the Add to Blacklist modal.

Add to Blacklist

  1. In the Type dropdown, select IP Address.

  2. Enter the IP address you want to block (e.g., 192.168.1.1).

IP Address

  1. Click Save to add the IP address to the blacklist.
