Refunds or voids can be issued from the transaction history in the customer's order details. Use the Refund Type dropdown to choose between Void (for unsettled transactions), Refund (for settled transactions), or External Refund (records the refund in the CRM only — no charge is sent to the processor).
How to Refund or Void a Transaction
Click Go to E-commerce.
Go to For Customers > Search in the main navigation.
Search for the customer and open their profile.
Scroll to the Orders section and click the order ID to open the Order Details modal.
Click the Transactions tab.
Click the Refund button next to the transaction.
In the Refund Type dropdown, choose Void, Refund, or External Refund.
If Refund is selected, enter the amount (full or partial).
Click Submit to process.
