Navigate to For Customers > Search in the main navigation. The quickest way to find a customer is by entering their date range combined with the last 4 digits of their card, or by name or email. Additional filters such as Order ID, phone, ZIP, and campaign are available by clicking Show more filters.

How to Search for Customers

1. Click Go to E-commerce.

2. Go to For Customers > Search in the main navigation.

3. Use the available search fields to find the customer:

   • Date Range, First Name, Last Name, Email — always visible in the main filter bar.

   • Phone Number, Last 4, ZIP, Keyword, Campaign, Step, Type, Recurrings, Order ID — available after clicking Show more filters.

4. Click Apply to execute the search.
