Within the customer profile under the Emails section, there is a Resend button available for each email autoresponder that was sent. Click on it to open the Resend Email modal, where you can verify or change the recipient email address before resending.
How to Resend an Email Autoresponder
Click Go to E-commerce.
Go to For Customers > Search in the main navigation.
Search for the customer and open their profile.
Scroll to the Emails section in the customer profile.
Find the email you want to resend and click the Resend icon in the Actions column.
In the Resend Email modal, verify or update the recipient address in the Email field.
Click Resend — the modal closes automatically on success.
Note: You can change the recipient email address in
the Email field before resending, but the original
email body cannot be modified.
