When a new campaign is created, you need to grant access to every other user in your e-commerce account so they can view it in their login accounts. You can grant access during campaign creation or afterward through user settings.
Granting Access During Campaign Creation
Click Go to E-commerce.
Go to CRM > Campaigns in the main navigation.
Click New to create a new campaign.
Enter the campaign name and domain URL.
In the Grant Permission To Users field, select the users you want to grant access to.
Click Save to create the campaign with user permissions.
Granting Access After Campaign Creation
If you forgot to grant permissions during creation or need to add more users later:
Click Settings in the main navigation menu.
Click the Users tab.
Find the user and click the Edit icon (pencil) in the Actions column.
In the edit modal, click the Campaigns tab.
Check the checkbox next to each campaign you want to grant access to.
Click Save to apply the campaign access.
