In the customer profile, you can mark any customer as a test customer using the Test Customer switch. This removes them from reporting and search results unless specifically filtered to show them.
How to Mark a Customer as Test
Click Go to E-commerce.
Go to For Customers > Search.
Use the search filters to find the customer you want to mark as test.
Click on the customer's name to open their profile.
Make sure you're on the Customer Info tab.
In the General Info section, find the Test Customer switch.
Click the Test Customer switch to turn it on — the change is saved automatically.
Important: Marking a customer as test will immediately remove
them from all reports and search results. This change is permanent until
you unmark them as test.
