Admoji provides two mechanisms for chargeback management: configurable email alerts via the Alert System, and customer-level chargeback flags on individual profiles.
Chargeback Alerts (Alert System)
Chargeback alerts are not automatic — they must be configured under Administration > Alert System. Once set up, the system sends email notifications when chargeback thresholds are reached:
Ratio: Triggers when chargebacks reach a configured percentage of total transactions.
Count: Triggers when the number of chargebacks reaches a configured threshold.

Customer Chargeback Flags
You can mark individual customers with chargeback flags directly from their profile. Open a customer profile, click Add Marks, and check the applicable option:
Chargeback: Marks the customer as having submitted a chargeback.
Chargeback Alert: Marks the customer as a chargeback alert risk.
