You can send free shipments or provide free reships in two ways: create a new transaction with a $0.00 price for new customers, or use the Reship feature for existing customers. Both methods maintain proper order tracking and fulfillment processes.
Method 1: New Transaction with $0.00 Price
For new customers or when you need to create a completely new order:
Go to For Customers > Add New Order.
Fill in the Customer Info step and proceed to Products.
Choose the products you want to ship for free.
Set the product price to $0.00 in the Added Products section.
Continue through Payment Info and Info to submit the order.
Method 2: Reship Feature for Existing Customers
Go to For Customers > Search.
Search for and open the customer profile.
Find the Fulfillments section in the customer's profile.
Click the truck icon in the Actions column for the fulfillment you want to reship.
A Reship confirmation dialog will appear — click Yes, Reship to confirm.
