Reshipping orders lets you send replacement items to customers without charging them for additional units. Useful for handling damaged items, lost shipments, or incorrect orders. You can reship orders directly from a customer's profile.
How to Reship an Order
Go to For Customers > Search.
Search for and open the customer profile.
Find the Fulfillments section in the customer's profile.
Locate the fulfillment that needs to be reshipped in the table.
Click the truck icon in the Actions column for the fulfillment you want to reship.
A Reship confirmation dialog will appear — click Yes, Reship to confirm.
