You can manually extract orders for fulfillment using the Fulfillment Report. This lets you filter and review orders by campaign, date range, fulfillment provider, status, and more — then download the results as a CSV file.
Step 1: Access the Fulfillment Report
Click Go to E-commerce.
Go to Fulfillment > Fulfillment.
Step 2: Configure Report Filters
The Create Fulfillment Report form includes the following filters:
Date Range Type: Select the date field to filter by.
Campaigns: Filter by one or more campaigns.
Fulfillment Providers: Filter by fulfillment provider.
Start Date / End Date: Set the date range.
Products: Filter by specific products.
Reship: Filter to include or exclude reshipped orders.
Fulfillment Status: Filter by fulfillment status.
Step 3: Search and Download
Click Search to load the results.
Once the results table loads, click the download icon to export the report as a CSV file.
