The Affiliate Summary Report gives you a consolidated view of affiliate performance, including clicks, sales, refunds, and declines per affiliate. Use it to evaluate which affiliates are driving quality traffic and conversions.
Note: The Affiliate Summary Report is only visible to users with the Affiliate role. If you don't see this report in your menu, contact your account administrator to confirm your role permissions.
Step 1: Access the Report
- Click Go to E-commerce.
- Go to Reports in the main navigation.
- Select Affiliate Summary.
Step 2: Apply Filters
The Affiliate Summary has two filters:
- Campaigns — filter by one or more campaigns.
- Date Range — select a start and end date or use a preset range.
Click Run to load the report.
Note: The Affiliate Summary always shows all affiliates for the selected campaigns and date range. To filter by a specific affiliate or sub-affiliate, use the Affiliate Report instead.
Step 3: Read the Results
The report table includes the following columns:
- Affiliate — name and ID of the affiliate configured in the Affiliates section.
- Clicks — total number of clicks accumulated.
- Declines — total number of declines.
- Declines % — percentage of declines relative to total sales, partials, and declines.
- Sales — total number of initial (Step 1) sales.
- Sales % — percentage of sales relative to total sales, partials, and declines.
- Refunds — total number of refunds.
- Refund Dollar Amount — total dollar value of refunds.
Step 4: Expand Sub-affiliates
Click the expand icon on any affiliate row to see a breakdown by sub-affiliate.
Step 5: Export or Configure Columns
- Click the download icon to export the visible data as a CSV file.
- Click the settings icon to show or hide specific columns.
