The Affiliate Report allows you to track and analyze the performance of your affiliate partners. It provides a detailed breakdown of clicks, sales, commissions, and revenue across all affiliates and sub-affiliates sending traffic to your campaigns.
Step 1: Access the Affiliate Report
Click Go to E-commerce.
Go to Reports.
Select Affiliate from the Reports dropdown menu.
Step 2: Configure Report Filters
The Affiliate Report offers comprehensive filtering options to help you analyze affiliate performance:
Campaigns: Select one or more campaigns from the Campaigns dropdown to analyze specific marketing campaigns.
Date Range: Choose a date range to analyze affiliate performance over a specific time period (up to 120 months).
Products: Filter by specific products to understand which products generate the most affiliate traffic.
Affiliates: Select specific affiliates to analyze individual partner performance.
Sub-Affiliates: Filter by sub-affiliates to analyze performance of affiliate sub-partners.
Rebill: Filter by billing cycle numbers to analyze recurring revenue performance.
Step 3: Generate the Report
Configure your desired filters (campaigns, date range, products, affiliates, etc.).
Click Search to load the results.
Step 4: Review the Results
Each affiliate is displayed as a separate row in the results table. Click the arrow icon next to an affiliate to expand and view all associated sub-affiliates. Sub-affiliates are those that pass the S1 variable via the API.
Understanding Report Metrics
The Affiliate Report provides comprehensive metrics to help you understand affiliate performance:
Affiliate: The name and ID of the affiliate configured in the Affiliate section of Admoji.
Clicks: Total number of landing page visits tracked through the Add Click API.
Partials: Also known as leads/partials. These are customers who filled out checkout information but did not complete a purchase.
Partials %: Percentage of partials relative to total orders (sales + partials + declines).
Declines: Number of transactions that were declined during processing.
Declines %: Percentage of declines relative to total orders (sales + partials + declines).
Sales: Total number of successful Sale (Step 1) transactions.
Sales %: Percentage of sales relative to total orders (sales + partials + declines).
Sales Revenue: Total revenue generated from Sale (Step 1) transactions.
Refunds: Total number of refund transactions.
Refunds $: Total dollar amount of refunds.
Step1 Commission: Total commission paid for Sale (Step 1) sales.
Upsells: Total number of Upsell (Step 2) transactions.
Upsells %: Percentage of upsells relative to the number of Sales (Step 1).
Step2 Commission: Total commission paid for Upsell (Step 2) sales.
Upsell Revenue: Total revenue generated from Upsell (Step 2) transactions.
Net: Net revenue after subtracting all affiliate commissions.
Average Ticket: Average revenue per sale, calculated as Net divided by the total number of Sales (Step 1).
