The Transaction Search report allows you to look up individual transactions by specific identifiers such as Order ID, Customer ID, email, or card number. Unlike the standard Transaction Report, Transaction Search is designed for finding specific records quickly — not for aggregate analysis.
Note: The Transaction Search report is only visible to users with the Vendor Agent role. If you don't see this report in your menu, contact your account administrator to confirm your role permissions.
Step 1: Access Transaction Search
- Click Go to E-commerce.
- Go to Reports in the main navigation.
- Select Transaction Search.
Step 2: Search for a Transaction
You can search using any of the following lookup fields:
- Order ID — the unique identifier of a specific order.
- Customer ID — the internal customer identifier.
- Email — the customer's email address.
- Last Name — the customer's last name.
- Transaction ID — the gateway transaction identifier.
- Card Last 4 Digits — the last 4 digits of the card used.
Tip: When you search using a lookup field (Order ID, Customer ID, Email, etc.), the system automatically searches across all dates — you don't need to set a date range. The date range is only applied if you set it manually.
You can also narrow results using the standard filters:
- Campaigns, Product, Processors, Billing Type.
- Date Range (Start Date / End Date).
- Order Type — Sale, Upsell, Shipping, Recurring, Recurring Shipping.
- Status — Approved, Declined, Failed/Unknown, Pending.
- Transaction Type — Auth, Sale, Refund, Void.
- Card Type — Visa, MasterCard.
- Billing Cycle, Attempt #, Affiliates, Processor Groups, Product Groups.
Click Search to load results.
Step 3: Review Results
The results table shows one row per transaction with the following columns:
- Customer — full name, linked to the customer's detail page.
- Campaign Name — the campaign associated with the transaction.

- Transaction ID — the gateway-issued transaction identifier.
- Amount — transaction amount in USD.

- Card Number — masked card number.
- Customer ID — internal customer identifier.
- First Name / Last Name — customer name fields.
- Order ID — internal order identifier.
- Order Type — type of order (Sale, Recurring, etc.).
- Status — transaction result (Approved, Declined, etc.).
