In Admoji, products are not tied to a processor one by one. You link them through a rule in Merchants Management: the rule holds a set of products on one side and a set of processors (MIDs) on the other, and it decides which MID takes each transaction. An order for a product that is not in any rule is rejected with Product is not assigned to a payment processor. Assign it under Merchants > Management., unless the order's campaign has rules assigned to it or the API call forces a processor. Linking products to MIDs is what puts a product live.
Step 1: Check which products are unlinked
Go to Merchants > Management.
Look next to the Add Rule button. If it shows N uncovered products, those products are not in any rule yet. When every product is covered, the count does not appear.
You can link the unlinked products into a brand-new rule, or add them to a rule you already have.
Step 2: Link the products
Click Add Rule to build a new rule, or open an existing rule to edit it.
Enter a Rule Name that describes what the rule covers.
In the Products card, click Edit.
The Add Products window opens with two panels: ALL PRODUCTS on the left and ADDED PRODUCTS on the right.
Click + next to each product you want, or Add All, to move it into ADDED PRODUCTS. Then click Save.
The selected products now show as badges inside the Products card. When you create a new rule, the list offers the products that are not covered by another rule yet; when you edit an existing rule, it also shows the ones already linked to it.
Step 3: Link the processors (MIDs)
In the Base round, click Add MID.
The Add Processors window opens with ALL PROCESSORS on the left and ADDED PROCESSORS on the right.
Click + next to each MID you want, or Add All, to move it into ADDED PROCESSORS. Then click Save.
For each MID in the table, set the routing values — Active, and the weight percentage or the transaction and revenue limits, depending on the management type.
Step 4: Save the rule
Click Save in the top-right of the rule page.
Back on the Management page, check that the N uncovered products count next to Add Rule went down, or no longer appears.
