An organization is a full Admoji account: it has its own subdomain, users, campaigns, products, processors, and billing. Creating one takes four steps — sign up, verify your email, fill in the account details, and verify a payment method to start the free trial.
There are two ways to get there. If you are new to Admoji, you create your organization during sign-up. If you already work inside Admoji and need a second account, you create it from the account selector in the top bar.
Create Your First Organization (Sign-Up)
Step 1: Create your user
Go to the Admoji sign-up page.
Enter your Email, First Name, Last Name, and Create Password.
Tick the checkbox to accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy — the button stays disabled until you do.
Click Create Account.
Step 2: Verify your email
The Email Verification Required screen appears with the address you entered.
Open the verification email and click the link inside.
If the email has not arrived, check your spam folder before requesting a new one.
Step 3: Fill in the account details
After verification you land on the Your Account Details step. Complete the form:
Name — the account name, up to 100 characters.
Domain — the subdomain your team will use to log in. Use lowercase, URL-safe characters; the root domain is appended automatically.
First Name and Last Name — the account contact. These are prefilled from your user.
Email — the account contact email.
Phone — the contact phone number, up to 25 characters.
Country, State, City, and ZIP Code — the business location.
Address Line — the street address. Address Line 2 is optional.
Click Create Account. The button stays disabled until every required field is valid.
Step 4: Verify your payment method
On the Verify Your Payment Method screen, enter the card details.
Click Start Free Trial.
Once the card is verified, the account is created and you are taken to the Get Started page. Sandbox accounts skip the payment step and go straight there.
Create an Additional Organization
Use this when you already have an Admoji account and need a separate one — for another brand, another entity, or a client.
Click the account name in the top bar to open the account selector.
Click the add button to open the Create New Account window.
Fill in the same fields described in Step 3 above.
Click Create Account.
The new account goes through the same payment verification before it becomes active. Your user is the owner of the new account, and both accounts stay available under the same login.
Switch Between Organizations
Click the account name in the top bar.
Search by account name or Client ID to find the account you want.
Click the account. Admoji reloads on that account’s subdomain with its own data.
