A customer can belong to more than one campaign. The Campaigns section of the customer record lists every campaign the customer has access to, marks which one is the primary, and lets you add or remove campaigns without creating a duplicate customer record.
The primary campaign is the customer’s default campaign: Admoji uses it whenever an API call for that customer does not specify a campaign. When an API call sends another campaign of your account for an existing customer, Admoji links that campaign to the customer automatically, without making it primary.
Step 1: Open the Campaigns section
Go to For Customers > Search and open the customer.
Expand the Campaigns section.
The table shows one row per campaign:
Campaign ID — the identifier of the campaign.
Campaign Name — the campaign name. A green check next to the name marks the primary campaign.
Status — Active for every campaign the customer is linked to. Campaigns you remove disappear from the list.
Revenue — the total of this customer’s approved orders on that campaign, without chargebacks. Test customers always show $0.00.
Actions — the three-dot menu with the actions below.
Step 2: Add a campaign
Click New in the Campaigns section header. The Add Campaign to Customer window opens.
Pick the campaign from the Select Campaign dropdown.
Tick Set as primary site for this customer if this should become the customer’s primary campaign. The current primary campaign stops being primary.
Click Add Site.
Step 3: Change the primary campaign
Open the three-dot Actions menu on the campaign row you want to promote.
Click Set as Primary.
The green check moves to that row. The action is not offered on the campaign that is already primary.
Step 4: Remove a campaign
Open the three-dot Actions menu on the campaign row.
Click Remove.
Confirm in the Remove Campaign/Site window by clicking Remove.
The campaign disappears from the list.
