This error means the load balancer ran out of MIDs for the order: every processor in the rule that covers the product was either taken out of the rotation or had reached its cap. The order is not sent to any gateway.
What Takes a MID Out of the Rotation
For every order, Admoji checks each processor in the rule. A processor is skipped when:
The processor is inactive, or its row is turned off with the Active toggle in the rule.
It is paused by declines — it reached its Decline Limit or Consecutive Decline Limit.
It does not accept the card brand, or the payment is a wallet or token payment and the processor does not accept tokenized payments.
Its approved volume plus the current order reaches its Day cap or Month cap. A cap set to 0 means no cap.
The share of a skipped processor is redistributed across the processors that are left. When none are left, you get this error.
How to Fix It
Go to Merchants > Management and open the rule that covers the product with the Edit Rule icon.
Check the Today, MTD, Day remaining, and Month remaining columns to see which MIDs are capped.
Raise the Day cap or Month cap, set it to 0 to remove that cap, or add another active MID to the rule.
If a MID is paused by declines, resume it or raise its decline limits.
Make sure the Weight Percentage of the active processors adds up to 100% and none of them is at 0%.
