You can let each affiliate sign in to your Admoji account and follow their own numbers, without an external affiliate network. A user with the Affiliate role sees a single report, limited to the affiliate record you link to them, and nothing else in your account.
Step 1: Create the Affiliate and Add It to the Campaign
Go to CRM > Affiliates, click New, enter a Name, and click Save.
Add the affiliate to every campaign it will send traffic to: go to CRM > Campaigns, edit the campaign, open the Affiliates tab, and click New. See How to Manage Campaign Affiliates.
Give the affiliate its tracking link. Your funnel has to pass the affiliate ID as
affid, ands1–s5for sub-IDs, to the API. See How To Set Up Affiliate URLs for Affiliate Tracking.
Step 2: Invite the Affiliate as a User
Go to Settings. The page opens on the Users tab.
Click Invite New User and enter the Email Address.
In Choose user's type, select Affiliate.
In Affiliate Record, choose the affiliate this person belongs to. Each user is linked to one affiliate record.
Open the Campaigns tab and leave checked only the campaigns this affiliate should see. Every campaign is selected by default.
Click Send Invite.
The affiliate receives an email, creates a password, and can sign in right away.
What the Affiliate Sees
After signing in, the menu of the affiliate has one item: Affiliate Report. It only returns the affiliate record linked to their user, so they cannot see the numbers of other affiliates, even in the same campaign.
Filters — Campaigns, limited to the ones you granted, and Date Range.
Columns — Clicks, Declines, Declines %, Sales, Sales %, Refunds, and Refund Dollar Amount.
Sub-affiliates — expanding the row breaks the numbers down by sub-ID.
Customers — clicking the Sales number opens the list of customers behind those sales.
