Use the Billing Report. Its Disputes column counts the orders of customers marked as Chargeback or Chargeback Alert, and the Initial Sale list of each row shows which customers are marked as Chargeback.
Step 1: Run the Billing Report
Go to Reports > Billing.
Choose the Campaigns and the Date Range. The report counts the orders placed within that range. To count only the customers who signed up within the range, turn on New Customer Revenue Report.
Click Search.
Step 2: Check the Disputes Column
Each row shows Disputes as a count (#) and as a percentage (%). The count includes every order placed in the range by a customer marked as Chargeback or Chargeback Alert, so a customer with several orders counts more than once. The percentage is calculated over the row's Recurring Approved. Use the Campaign, Affiliate, Product or Date tabs to see where the chargebacks come from.
Step 3: See the Customers
In the row you want, click the Initial Sale count. A window opens with the initial sale transactions of that row, one row per transaction.
Scroll to the Chargeback column: it shows Yes for the customers marked as Chargeback. Customers marked only as Chargeback Alert count in Disputes but show No here.
Click the Chargeback column header to sort the list so those customers are together.
