Admoji records the edits made to a customer's profile: who made each one, when, and the old and new value of every field that changed. Use it to answer questions like "who changed this shipping address?" or "when was the card updated?".
Step 1: Open the Customer's History
Go to For Customers > Search and open the customer.
Click the Logs tab, then History.
Step 2: Find the Edit
Each edit is a row with the Log Type Change. The table also lists the rest of the customer's activity (notes, emails, fulfillment updates), with these columns:
Date: When the entry was recorded.
Description: What happened. For edits: Contact info changed, Shipping address changed, Billing address changed, Payment info changed or MDFs changed (the customer's Custom Values).
Log Type: The kind of entry, for example Change, Custom (a note), Shipping or Fulfillment.
Order: The order the entry is about, when there is one.
Details: The user who made the edit. Automatic entries show the module instead, for example <OpenApi> or <CRM>.
Email Status: For emails sent to the customer: Sent, Delivered, Opened or Failed.
Changes: An eye icon on the entries that have field changes.
Step 3: See the Old and New Values
Click the eye icon in the Changes column.
The modal lists each field that changed as old value → new value. A dash (—) means the field was empty.
These are the fields recorded for each edit:
Contact info: Email and Phone.
Shipping address and Billing address: FirstName, LastName, Address1, Address2, City, State, CountryISO and ZipCode.
Payment info: PaymentType, CardType, ExpMonth, ExpYear, NameOnCard and CCLast4Digits. The full card number and the CVV are never recorded. For a bank account (ACH), the modal only shows AchDetails as — → (updated), without the account details.
Custom Values: Mdf1 to Mdf5, one per custom value.
