The Processing Report helps you monitor merchant account performance, track processing ratios, and monitor limits across all your payment processors. This comprehensive reporting tool provides detailed insights into payment processing performance, transaction ratios, and merchant account health.
Step 1: Access the Processing Report
Click Go to E-commerce.
Go to Reports.
Select Processing from the Reports dropdown menu.
Step 2: Configure Report Filters
Select the Campaign(s) that you need to query from the dropdown menu.
Choose the Product(s) you want to include in your analysis.
Select the MID to filter by a specific merchant account (Processor ID).
Choose the Gateway to filter by payment gateway.
Choose your desired Date Range using the date picker controls.
Click Search to generate the report with your selected criteria.
Step 3: Review Results and Charts
The processing charts present a graphical representation of the sales, refunds, voids, and declines of all your transactions that have occurred through your merchant accounts.
The pie chart shows your sales, voids, refunds, and declines percentage for all your transactions.
The Processing limits graph shows how much of the total processing limit your merchant accounts have processed.
Review the comprehensive processing data table below the charts for detailed metrics.
Step 4: Understanding the Processing Details Section
Review comprehensive metrics including Pending Auths, Sales Capture, Refunds, Voids, and Declines.
Analyze Initial Approval and Subscription Approval ratios for each processor.
View Processing Limits, Chargebacks, and Alerts information.
Click on the hyperlinked numbers to access detailed transaction data.
Step 5: Access Detailed Transaction Data
Click on the hyperlinked numbers in the Processing Details section.
A popup modal will appear with all the transactions under that category.
Review comprehensive transaction information including customer details, payment information, and processing results.
All data can be downloaded via CSV file for external analysis and reporting.
Understanding Report Terms
The Processing Report uses specific terminology to describe payment processing performance:
Processor ID: Name of a specific processor that is passed to the payment gateway.
Pending Auths: Transactions that have been approved for a specified amount without posting to the bank account. A capture is required to complete the sale.
Sales/Capture: All approved transactions in the date range.
Refunds: Sale transactions that are refunded.
Voids: Sale transactions that are canceled prior to settlement of the transaction.
Declines: Sale transactions that failed authorizations.
Chargebacks: Chargeback ratio of each individual processor by chargeback:transaction count as well as chargeback:sale amount.
Alerts: Count of Alerts received.
