Admoji charges each rebill on the date shown in the Next Charge column of the customer's Recurrings section, or on its retry date after a decline. If a rebill did not run on that date, check the points below in order.
Step 1: Check the Customer's Log
Go to For Customers > Search and open the customer.
Open Logs > History and look for an entry on the rebill date.
An entry like Recurring Monthly Refill (2727313) skipped processing. Client recurring processing is disabled means recurring processing is turned off for your account (Step 2).
Step 2: Check That Recurring Processing Is On
In the main navigation, click the account card at the top of the sidebar (your organization's logo and name) to open Settings.
Click Account settings and open the Personal Information tab.
Make sure Process Recurrings is turned on, and click Save.
Step 3: Check the Subscription and the Customer
In the customer's Recurrings section, check that the subscription is active and that Next Charge is the date you expected. Admoji also does not charge rebills automatically when:
The subscription was deactivated or cancelled.
The customer was marked as Chargeback or Chargeback Alert, or added to the blacklist (Add Marks).
The customer is a test customer. Rebills of test customers only run when you click Run Recurring.
The customer has no payment method on file.
Step 4: Charge the Missed Rebills
Admoji only picks up a rebill on its scheduled date. A rebill that was skipped that day is not charged on the following days by itself, even after you fix the cause. To charge it:
For one customer, click Run Recurring on the subscription. See How do I force a rebill charge?.
For one customer, you can also move Next Scheduled Charge to a new date. See How to Modify Recurring Charge Amounts and Rebill Dates for Existing Customers.
For many customers, move their next billing date in bulk from the Continuity report. See How do I batch update next billing dates on continuity orders?.
