The customer profile contains all the customer's contact information, payment details, transaction history, and other relevant data. The profile is organized into multiple tabs for easy navigation and management of different types of customer information, providing comprehensive access to customer data and management tools.
Step 1: Access Customer Profile
Click Go to E-commerce.
Go to For Customers > Search and select the customer whose profile you want to view or edit.
Step 2: Navigate Customer Profile Tabs
Customer Info: General customer information, account details, and affiliate information.
Delivery Info: Shipping addresses and delivery preferences.
Billing Address: Billing address information and preferences.
Payment Info: Credit card details and payment methods.
Custom Values: Custom fields and additional customer data.
Notes: Agent notes and internal comments for the customer.
Logs: Transaction history, API logs, and activity records.
Step 3: View Customer Information
General Information: Name, email, phone, and basic contact details.
Account Details: Account status, test mode settings, and account preferences.
Affiliate Information: Affiliate IDs and tracking data.
Address Information: Complete shipping and billing addresses.
Payment Details: Credit card information and payment methods.
Step 4: Edit Customer Information
Navigate to the specific tab containing the information you want to edit.
Click the Edit button located on that tab.
A modal will open with editable fields for that specific section.
Make your changes and click Save to update the information.
Step 5: Additional Profile Management
Beyond basic editing, two action buttons are available at the top of the profile:
Add Marks: Opens the Mark as Chargeback/Alert modal where you can mark the customer as Chargeback, Chargeback Alert, or both. This button is only shown if the customer has not already been marked as both. After saving, the customer is blacklisted and all recurrings are deactivated.
Cancel Recurrings: Opens the Cancel Customer modal where you enter an Agent Note and select a Cancel Reason to cancel all recurring subscriptions for the customer.
